Where We Are Now
We are Communities – African Immigrant Communities in Colorado and Beyond. We are:
Ghanian Community
Rwandan Community
Botswana Community
Liberian Community
Congolese Community
Kenyan Community
Malian Community
Nigerian Community
Eritrean Community
Somalian Community
Senegalese Community
South Sudanese Community
Uganda Community
American Sudanese Community
Our Communities have come together to display our Unity in spite of diversity. We know that we are stronger together. We have come together to express “One Voice”, while we are here in the diaspora of the United States of America. Unlike our African American brothers and sisters we don’t have an infrastructure like the National Urban League, Inc., or the NAACP. Our goal is to build infrastructure for the African Immigrant Communities in North America.
“Empowering Communities and Changing Lives”
Our ultimate goal is to build capacity that will encompass UNITY in the United States between African Americans and the African Immigrants, because we are building a Pan- African movement. We have much in common and much to learn from each other.
